One of our largest projects currently onsite consisting of an attic conversion, single storey rear, two storey side/rear extensions along with entrance porch to the front elevation.

Single storey extension to the rear now connects an existing outhouse area with the main property creating a kitchen dining space looking out into the garden area.

We also managed to retain an existing large fire place within the kitchen dining space and designed into the proposed layout.

At first floor level our clients will benefit from a large master bedroom, family bathroom and staircase up to the playroom within the attic conversion.

JB Architecture was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approvals whilst working alongside our clients brief and budget.
