Pictures taken during our recent site visit to a large loft conversion in Emsworth.
Working with the structural engineer JB Architecture Design Ltd was able to design a lightweight structure that could be constructed off of the existing building in order to gain as much habitable space within the loft area.
Once complete this property will benefit from two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Working alongside the client’s brief and budget this project is starting to take shape.
JB Architecture was appointed to obtain this extension project's Planning and Building Regulation approvals.
