We were able to gain planning approval for the scheme prior to our clients moving into the property towards the end of last year.
With a large two storey extension allowing for an anex structure at first floor level and garage, utility with WC at ground floor level our clients have created massive amounts of storage throughout.
Living so close to the beach this property appealed to our clients due to them being keen surfers with a large family that visit regularly.
The anex structure offers a home away from home for visiting family whilst the single storey kitchen dining area extension allows for them to spend time together after a long day on the beach.
