JB Architecture was appointed in order to gain the planning approval for the project with a contractor carrying out the conversion on a building notice with Havant Borough Council.
Extension offers our clients an open plan living-dining area (with a dual aspect fireplace to be installed at a later date between the two areas) and a separate study area.
With the inclusion of 4 rooflights within the pitched roof construction the habitable space created really benefits from the amount of natural light that enters.
