Site visit to one of our large two-storey extension projects which is nearing completion.

With the creation of an open plan kitchen- living space at ground floor and master bedroom ensuite at first floor this project was designed in order to create a lifetime family home.

One of the challenges on this project is the tight boundary which has led to the need for a small cantilevered section at first floor level to create additional habitable space for our clients.

JB Architecture was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approvals whilst working alongside our clients brief and budget.
