Site visit to one of our large two-storey extension projects which is nearing completion.
JB Architecture was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approvals whilst working alongside our clients brief and budget.
One of the main client requirements for this project alongside the detailing works for the extension was to upgrade the acoustics within the existing property.
This led to us researching and detailing information for the tendering contractors in order to give the clients an adequately soundproofed family home.
With the creation of a large family room at ground floor level and master bedroom ensuite at first floor this project was designed in order to create a lifetime family home.
