JB Architecture was appointed in order to obtain both Planning and Building Regulation approvals for a single-storey extension to the rear of the existing property.
Extension offers our clients an enlarged kitchen area along with a garden room area that opens up onto an external seating area (with the same floor tile running from internal to external areas).
The glazed corner sliding door arrangement also offers uninterrupted views out to the stunning landscape.
With the inclusion of a glazed gable end and 4 rooflights within the pitched roof construction the habitable space created really benefits from the amount of natural light that enters.
