Site visit to one of our large single &parital two-storey extension projects which is now well underway.

With the creation of an open plan kitchen- living space at ground floor level and additional bedroom at first floor this project was designed in order to create a lifetime family home.

One of the main challenges on this project is the steep incline of the site due to its location on Portsdown Hill.

With the installation of a large specification rooflight to the single-storey roof construction to the rear, our clients will have an amazing view from Portsdown Hill (with Butser Hill visable on a clear day) from their kitchen area.

JB Architecture was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approvals whilst working alongside our clients brief and budget.
