Portchester single-storey extension project is starting to take shape.

With two single-storey extensions to the front (Entrance Porch) and side (Utility / Shower Room) our clients have managed to add that little extra space to their forever home.

Works have also included the removal of an existing chimney at ground and first floor levels along with ground floor wall between existing Kitchen and Dining areas.

The space created following the removal of existing structures offers our clients a large kitchen dining space with plenty of room for family and friends.

JB Architecture was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approvals whilst working alongside our clients brief and budget.
