Working closely with the project structural engineer JB Architecture was able to push all proposed sections of steelwork up into existing sections of first-floor construction.
This eliminates all bulkheads/boxings throughout allowing for a flat ceiling finish above and also helps maximise the amount of natural light entering the open plan spaces created (via the rooflight installations above).
