Consisting of a large open family/garden room at ground floor level and a master bedroom suite at first-floor level this extension is sure to give our clients much-needed space as their family grows.
The single-storey section of the works will benefit from stunning views out onto a newly landscaped garden area following the project’s completion.
Our clients also requested additional acoustic upgrades throughout the existing property.
This consisted of additional construction detailing allowing for approved British Gypsum soundproofing systems to be installed to all partition walls and ceiling constructions.
Working alongside our client's brief and budgetary requirements JB Architecture was able to obtain both Planning and Building Regulation approvals for this project.
