Chichester single-storey extension and internal renovation project is progressing at a fast pace on site.
Consisting of a large kitchen, dining, and family room that looks out onto a landscaped garden, this project will give our clients the perfect area to entertain family and friends.
Retaining as much of the existing structure as possible the proposals connect the existing garage area to the main house via a single-storey extension.
This allowed our client’s budget to stretch further utilising existing non-insulated structures and upgrading them within bringing them up to modern-day u-value requirements.
There are also two large roof lanterns within the flat roof construction, there are also 2 large roof lanterns that allow for natural light to enter the extended area.
