Consisting of a kitchen, dining, family room, snug and study within an extended/re-modelled ground floor area our clients have totally transformed this property.
Working alongside our client's brief and budgetary requirements JB Architecture was able to design an extension that fitted a narrow site and utilised remaining existing load baring walls to support additional structural steels above.

East Wittering whole house renovation project strip out commences onsite.
One of our largest projects currently on site consists of a whole house renovation, single storey side extension, loft conversion and garden room area .
With the removal of pretty much all existing structural walls, JB Architecture was able to work alongside the project structural engineer to maximise standard steel sizes and savings for our clients.
