Further progression from our original post back in early November the speed at which this project is progressing is staggering.
With the removal of the existing external wall construction to the rear of the property, the proposed single-storEy extension will offer our clients an open plan kitchen/dining area.
This project also utilises existing single-storey and garage structures to the side and rear of the existing property allowing for a utility, boot and shower room to be formed.
With 3 x large rooflights within the pitched roof construction, our clients will benefit from a huge amount of natural light entering an area that is sure to become a family hub.
