Pictures taken during our recent site visit to a large loft conversion, garage conversion, and full internal renovation project in Chichester.
Working with the structural engineer JB Architecture Design Ltd was able to design a lightweight structure that could be constructed off of the existing building in order to gain as much habitable space within the loft area.
Once complete this property will benefit from two additional bedrooms, utility space, and open plan kitchen dining space to the rear of the property.
JB Architecture Design Ltd was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approval for this project.
Working alongside the client’s brief and budget this project is really starting to take shape.
