Pictures taken during our recent site visit to a large vaulted single-storey side and rear extension and full internal renovation project in Waterlooville.

Working with the structural engineer JB Architecture Design Ltd was able to design a lightweight structure that could be constructed off of the existing building and span the entire open plan kitchen/garden room area.

With no structural posts internally our clients will have an uninterrupted view out to the landscaped garden area once complete.

Upon completion, this property will benefit from an additional bedroom, ensuite, utility, and open-plan kitchen/garden room area.

JB Architecture Design Ltd was appointed in order to gain both planning and building regulation approval for this project.

Working alongside the client’s brief and budget this project is really starting to take shape.
